Stir- fried dishes are easy to make and pack a punch when it comes to flavor and nutrition.. When you combine the freshness of seafood with the good taste of meat in a stir-fry, you get a winning combination that will leave your taste buds craving more.. In this post, we will show you some delicious stir-fry recipes that will satisfy your cravings and impress your family and friends.
1. Chicken and Garlic Shrimp are stir-frying.
There are ingredients.
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined.
1 lbs chicken breast, sliced into strips.
2 cloves garlic.
1 ginger is grated.
2 ounces of soy sauce.
1 spoon of oyster sauce.
1 part sesame oil to 1 part oil.
2 cups of vegetables, including bell peppers, snow peas, carrots, and broccoli.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking oil is used in cooking.
Instructions
1. Add cooking oil to a large skillet or wok.
2. The chicken will be cooked through and lightly charred.. Set aside the skillet.

thinly sliced beef
1/2 pound fresh scallops.
2 ounces of soy sauce.
1 cup of rice vinegar.
2 ounces of hoisin sauce.
The sauce should be 1 degree hotter than the original.
2 cloves garlic.
1 ginger is grated.
A thinly sliced red bell pepper.
1 cup snap peas.
1 part cornstarch to 1 part water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking oil is used in cooking.
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce, garlic, and ginger.. Set aside.
2. Add cooking oil to a large skillet or wok.
3. The beef can be cooked to your liking.. Set aside the skillet.
4. If you need more oil, add it to the skillet and stir-fry the scallops until they are opaque.. Set aside the skillet.
5. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and snap peas and stir-fry for a few minutes.
6. Return the beef and scallops to the skillet.. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until everything is well coated.
7. In a small bowl, mix the water and cornstarch.. The sauce should be thick after the stir-fry but it should take another minute.
8. To make it taste better, add salt and pepper.
9. It's a good idea to serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
